My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a contract basis for a role based in Coleshill Birmingham. The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have strong experience within NEC projects (ideally civils or infrastructure/rail), have very strong communication skills and be comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders. You will also have previous experience working with main contractors/JV’s. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for general QS duties in relation to the HS2 project (bridges, structures etc) but will also be required to undertake compensation events, notices etc. This contract has the potential to be a long term contract and offer strong longevity for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor
