Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project QS - Super Prime Residential

The Company

The Project

• They have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercials, and an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor in support, to be based on an exceptional new build country residence on the Berkshire/Surrey borders.
• The project has a contract value of over £40m
• It entails a 60k square foot country house, ancilliary buildings/accommodation and a leisure facility.
• This is a new build project which will have finishes of the very highest quality and standards.

The Opportunity

• Reporting to the Commercial Director the Senior Quantity Surveyor will have full day to day responsibility for the commercial aspects of the project.
• The Intermediate QS will report to the Senior QS on site.
• This will be a site based role.
• They are seeking a knowledable and dynamic character with extensive experience in prime residential.
