Site Manager - Super Prime Residential

The property will undoubtable be one of The UK’s grandest private residences.

This is a residential project on a commercial scale, employing the most skilled craftsmen and artisan trades to deliver the finest of finishes throughout the property and wider estate.

The Project:

• Stunning country estate in The Cotswolds
• Single dwelling residence with a contract value of c. £80m-£100m
• In excess of 50,000 square feet of accommodation
• Finishes of the very highest specification
• Utilising the highest quality subcontractors in the market
• Involvement in the successful delivery of this project will be a genuine ’CV Maker’

The Roles:

• Site Manager to oversee the hard and soft landscaping packages, and ancilliary works.
• Responsibility for this section of works with a comboned package value of c. £10m
• Reporting to the Senior Project Manager on site
• Fixed term contract (to mid 2023) is preferred although permanent employment will be considered as further work in the locale is pipelined

The Candidates:

• Absolutely must have experience of delivering super prime residential projects
• Will have experience of delivering high quality landscaping packages
• Will have a proven track record and solid reputation in the prime residential market
• Will be able to supply impeccable references
• Main contracting experience preferred
