We are looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

The Quality Control team’s primary function is to enable batches to be both packed and then released to market following successful completion of testing requirements, to the registered finished product and raw material specifications as appropriate. They also are responsible for the stability testing of products to ensure the on-going maintenance of the Product Licenses where applicable.

How You Will Contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

The Senior Analysts will carry out testing and release of batches in accordance to laboratory testing schedule and with all appropriate EJ defined Quality systems, processes and procedures, ensuring all testing is in compliance with GMP and audit ready at all times for both internal and external (MHRA, FDA and customers). The lead analysts will supervise a small team of QC analysts, ensuring that all work schedule is completed and perform routine feedback sessions.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong academic background in Chemistry or Biology or scientific related discipline
  • Relevant laboratory experience, ideally familiar with GMP procedures
  • Demonstrable aptitude in core skills relevant to the role
  • Demonstrable aptitude in customer facing role
  • Demonstrable aptitude in core technical skills; including use of laboratory-based software
  • Previous analytical / method validation experience
  • Previous experience of supervising and line managing
  • Experience of stability protocol, testing and reporting
  • Working efficiently on a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements
  • Attending to detail and following written instructions
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Project management and working on multiple activities at the same time
  • MS office applications
