This is an exciting time to join our team within the Clinical Medical Psychology department, which provides input into a number of services. We are currently recruiting into this post, which is a long established service working across North and South Tees and Darlington Bariatric Surgery providers. Working within an across trust MDT and providing the specialist psychological input into the shared working to support pre and post surgery these patients.

To provide a highly specialised psychology service to the Bariatric Surgery Service. To provide supervision to junior members of the department, to provide training to the Teesside doctoral training courses, the trust staff and others as required. To provide consultancy and advice to the Teams within which you will work and to be active in audit, research and preparing and delivery of service reports.

The successful candidate will work as a member of the team contributing to assessment and intervention with the medical psychology service.
