Protection Administrator - Wirral

PRIMIS Mortgage Networkare seeking a Full Time Senior Protection Administratorto join a dynamic partner firm of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage and Protection Advisory operation based in their offices on the Wirral.

Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, growing, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their team further with the addition of an experienced Senior Protection Administrator.

The administrator will be responsible for assisting a team of Protection Advisors. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and providers.

Base salary of £20,000 - £26,000 DOE negotiable

Responsibilities
  • Regular liaison with providers to obtain updates on application status
  • Proactively progress protection applications through to completion
  • Chasing GP reports
  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
  • Submission of protection applications
  • Policy research
  • Suitability reports
Skills & Experience Required
  • A minimum of 2 years mortgage or protection administration experience with exposure to protection a prerequisite.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
