Join us we’re an Investors in People Gold Standard Company.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Arb Surveyor/Project Manager based in the Lincolnshire area, working within our Arb Utility team. You will work in liaison with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure overhead power line arboriculture work is completed with a 5-year cycle in mind.You will have a multi-faceted role, ensuring your days are varied and interesting. You will hold responsibility for end-to-end projects, from planning to completion. Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Surveying trees & vegetation around power lines
  • Ensuring as much as possible is done to prevent vegetation impacting power delivery
  • Liaising with landowners and communicating the benefits of the projects to gain their consent
  • Managing both directly employed staff and field teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest possible standard

  • Experience in managing or supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Great communication skills, including stakeholder engagement
  • NPTC Utility Arboriculture Units 1, 2.1, 5.1 and 5.2, or a willingness to work towards
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Understanding of working around and with electricity in accordance to Health & Safety precautions
  • Team leader or coordinator experience
