Senior Project Manager / East Midlands / Hybrid / £45,000 - £55,000

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Location: East Midlands (2-3 days in the office a week)
Xpertise have teamed up with a business aligned to the Leisure Industry in the East Midlands who are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Business Change Team and report to the Head of Delivery. The company are embarking on their journey to digitise and automate processes to enhance the way that the company operates. The role sits across Digital, Change & Process improvement across all areas of the business. The role is very much a Business Change/Business Reengineering role aligned to exciting IT Change projects.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs to meet budget and highlight any areas of concern
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, communicating with relevant stakeholders
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Experience Required:


  • Project Management Qualification
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects through lifecycle
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
  • A strong ability to report at a senior level across the organisation
  • Experience project managing wider IT projects
  • Previous experience with Project Management Software tools, methodologies and practices
