The Job

CCS is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing Product Management team at an extremely exciting time.

As a Senior Product Manager at CCS you will have demonstrable experience of working in an Agile way with cross functional teams such as user research, service design, project, development, test, marketing and everything in between to deliver to market exceptional customer centric products.

You will work closely with stakeholders and use customer needs, business strategy and innovation to shape your product and create clear roadmaps.

You must have the customer at the heart of everything you do and be passionate about delivering world class customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

Core accountabilities/deliverables and ownership include:

• Work with User Research to shape and lead discovery
• Create, own and share the product vision
• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Lead product requirement gathering sessions and create and manage the product backlog
• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Work closely with stakeholders
• Represent the voice of the customer
• Champion for quality and best industry practices
• As a Senior share your experience and skills with more junior members of the team
• Support to the Head of Product in the delivery of the product function

Essential Criteria (to be assessed on application):

• Demonstrable experience of owning a product cradle to grave
• Experience working in a cross functional Agile team
• Proven stakeholder management
• Customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
