  • Supporting key activities within the Programme Advisory team including internal development of transformation products and approaches
  • Contributing to business generation through bidding and development of trusted client relationships
  • Working within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams, to act as a representative of Turner & Townsend on client site.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or Master’s degree, with relevant industry experience in a consulting or in-house change management role
  • Demonstrable evidence of change management experience and achieving tangible results
  • Understanding, and ideally experience, of programme and project management within a change environment, with MSP qualifications viewed favourably
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
  • Able to work and thrive in a multi stakeholder environment with a ‘making the difference’ approach
  • Robust and methodical analytical skills, able to take data and develop insights to support solution development
  • Evidence of producing high quality deliverables in complex environments and within challenging timescales
  • High attention to detail and standard of work
  • Experience in some or all of the following sectors will be viewed favourably; infrastructure, transportation, utilities, commercial, defence, natural resources and real estate.
