There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planner to join the Peterborough office.

Your new role

As the new Senior Planner you will be assisting the Planning Manager, Design Manager or Technical Director, and Land Department to meet the needs and targets of the business. You will produce and collate accurate information and packs for planning applications alongside submitting and monitoring their progress. You will also be expected to liaise directly with the planning authority and consultants to progress applications and discharge conditions.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You’ll be organised, adaptable, you will have knowledge of Housing developing procedures and land procurement. In addition you will have excellent written and verbal communication good IT competency and hold a Full UK Driving License.
