Working within our Customer Operations Strategy team this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced analyst looking to expand their skills and take responsibility for a wide remit both personally and across the team.

Providing analytical, technical, strategic, and management support across all teams within Customer Operations, you’ll be responsible for providing management with analytical insight.

That includes performance reporting, forecasting, and ensuring best practice in all projects and programmes within critical commercial end-to-end processes and solutions. As a key support function within the team you’ll assist the Strategy Manager with day-to-day team management, delegation of tasks, and colleague direction.

Read on to find out more about what you’ll be doing day to day: Thoroughly understand the Customer Operations strategies & processes in order to adovcate change, challenge the status quo, and optimise customer outcomes & business performance.

Manage stakeholder engagements and expectations in line with team objectives, project scope, and priorities.

Influencing them through dynamic utilisation of presentations, applied research, and business reportsAble to blend analytical, execution and tactical requirements and demands and pivot at short noticeAccountable for workstreams and deliverables ensuring best practice solutions are delivered and that all deployed strategies, solutions, and processes are adequately documented with appropriate controls, governance, and risks recordedImplement best practice coding solutions that adhere to stakeholder problem statements What you’ll bring to the team Being a great analyst is just one part of what we’re looking for.
