You and your team

Reporting to Manager – Operations Talent Development, this role will play a key part in ensuring that all our Operations teams have the skills and capabilities required to act as a Customer Champion:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of induction programmes across the Operations teams to ensure colleagues are equipped to deliver positive customer outcomes (operationally and behaviourally)

• Responsible for the design and delivery of training within the BAU environment which supports regulatory and operational changes

• Work with Manager - Operations Talent Development to identify training needs to shape the long term development calendar

• Support the development of management capabilities across operations to ensure we deliver strong colleague and customer outcomes

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training to ensure programmes are fit for purpose and ensure training has been embedded and is yielding the stated results

• Adhere to the defined governance for all training materials

• Support the wider Talent Team to embed companywide initiatives

What you bring to the team

Experience of designing blended learning programmes:

• Experience of delivering impactful development interventions, face to face and online

• People Management skills to support colleagues through induction

• Design of talent interventions

• Support of management development interventions

• Project Management

• Planning and scheduling

• Communication of complex information simply and effectively, both verbally and written.

• Carrying out the full range of people development interventions from Learning Needs Analysis,

design, delivery, and evaluation in targeted Operations Areas

• Strong relationship management and partnering with the business and HRBPs and other Talent colleagues

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Operational impact across Talent and Operations - Customer and Regulatory

• Location – Chatham/Bradford

• 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday – Flexible working between 8am and 8pm. Some evenings

may be required for business need)

• Dynamic working environment (WFH)

• Occasional visits to other offices locations may be required (London, Chatham, Bradford)
