Main duties of the job

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing dynamic and innovative team across the Wellsprings site to provide meaningful activity and engagement. As part of the wider Multi-disciplinary team you will undertake specific needs assessments to support goal setting and treatment planning. You’ll be able to promote and enable independent living and support clients to meet their goals as they move towards discharge.

The successful candidate will be confident, robust, approachable, and sensitive to the issues faced by people who are in the most acute and challenging phase of their journey towards recovery.

This post is available as either a band 5 or band 6 position, the banding offered will be determined by experience. This post would be suitable for a newly qualified occupational Therapist as support and training are available.
