What will you be doing?

You will work alongside and compliment our impressive and supportive team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention through our digital tools and channels.

Role

The company has a focus on growth and the role will be pivotal to leading projects with the business and supporting the Marketing Manager to drive strategies and support Veolia’s multi-channel communications approach, contributing to business growth through
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, including digital and brand strategy
  • Project manage marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Carry out research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform value propositions.
  • Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing, editing and proofreading copy and briefing agencies.

What are we looking for?
  • You will be qualified to degree level, ideally in a related subject, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • This is a role that requires both visual and literary creativity - and with an affinity for and experience of working in technology rich environments, you will have an enthusiasm for problem identification and resolution
  • Strong numerical and situational analytical skills, with organisational rigour & attention to detail are key
  • An enthusiasm for collaboration & transparency and earning while delivering, being a self starter that values independence and responsibility with strong time management
  • The ability to build relationships based on collaboration, analysis & trust and uses relationships to drive learning and creativity, with strong communication and people skills
