Location: Cannock (or another of our UK offices)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week (12 month Fixed Term Contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cannock. However this role can be based at any of our UK offices and we also offer flexible working so if you are based in London or Warrington or anywhere in between we still want to hear from you!

This 12 month Fixed Term Contract position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in Data and Analytics and gain industry-leading experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

What will you be doing?
  • Create a suite of automated reports and dashboards by which we can effectively manage our business
  • Identify KPIs within the business and ensure that they are measurable with achievable targets
  • Develop an understanding of the various end users of these reports and ensure that they are suitable
  • Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data
  • Be able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical people

What are we looking for?

Technical Skills In
  • Microsoft Transactional SQL (Data aggregation, transformation, relational table joins, etc)
  • Microsoft DAX (Data aggregation, filtering, lookups, etc)
  • Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Online (Report and Dataset development and management)
  • An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
