ABOUT THE ROLE

Pure’s DEI EMEA Senior Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead, drive and build off the momentum Pure has established around our global DEI strategy. With active commitments, progress and bold ambitions already underway from our executive team, HR, as well as our BUs/functions, PureGood Foundation, and our active Employee Resource Group (ERG) community, the Sr Manager will partner with champions across our global organisation, as well as build and enlist new relationships, to have real impact on our business, customers, employees and communities in EMEA.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…

  • Be an extended member of the Global DEI centre of excellence by liaising and collaborating with the global diversity team to bring the global DEI vision to life in the market, creating synergies around initiatives, events and best practices
  • Recognise and partner with business leaders, HR COEs, HR business partners, Legal, Communications and other key stakeholders to respond to business needs by providing customised strategies and solutions to drive Pure’s global DEI commitment in EMEA
  • Assist with diversity analytics, including benchmarking, developing and tracking metrics, analysing, and generating diversity reporting to highlight trends and demonstrate impact of DEI programs and initiatives.
  • Identify local external DEI trends and best practices in key markets we operate in, and provide and use these insights
  • Manage and support the management of Pure’s Employee Resource Groups locates in EMEA
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to embed effective DEI practices into every phase of the talent attraction and development lifecycles and support the development of diverse talent
  • Develop a robust portfolio of external partners to support DEI commitments

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…

  • Proven, experienced and demonstrated effectiveness leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion related initiatives and programmes.
  • Track record of fostering, driving, and implementing innovative ideas with broad impact
  • Human Resources, legal and compliance exposure would be highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills and the ability to formulate data-based recommendations
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple partners, as demonstrated by previous experience coordinating timelines and achieving results
  • Agility and flexibility to work with moving priorities and timeframes
  • Ability to inform and influence partners and decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across different audiences
  • A self-starter who can operate with minimal direction, take initiative, and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving
  • Curiosity to learn and inquisitiveness to ask questions
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
