The Senior Management Accountant is required to join a global leading chemical manufacturer on their site in Warrington, Cheshire. This is an exciting time to join a stable, growing organisation that is backed by an international brand.

This exciting role as Senior Management Accountant will be on the financial team of a chemical company driven by their goal to make sustainable living a commonplace. This opportunity is with a company that has the dynamic to make real improvements to their operation, although is backed by a multimillion pound industry.

Responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant;

  • You will produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for both UK & Indonesia (USGAAP)
  • Implement statutory reporting (UKGAAP), participate in and lead statutory audit and interim audit, as well as corporate (BPC) accounts
  • Will successfully carry out adhoc and regular reporting & analysis on revenue, margins and key operational cost drivers
  • Assist with forecast, budget process and VAT Returns alongside the preparation of corporate tax return
  • You will be responsible for maintaining internal control framework (Sarbanes Oxley act)
  • Supporting the Financial Controller

To be successful in this position as Senior Management Accountant, proven SAP FICO experience is required. You will be CIMA or ACCA qualified, as well as possessing a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience. Manufacturing experience is desirable.
