We are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation to recruit a Senior Management Accountant. Our client has sites across the UK and is fast growing! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to gain exposure within a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities of the Senior Management Accountant include but not limited to:
    Production of monthly management accounts
    Support FD with monthly board packs, reviewing mix and margin performance versus plan
    Develop strategic and tactical KPI’s
    Business Partner and work closely with key stakeholders
    Develop models to manage Forecast and Budget cycles
    Produce weekly Cashflow forecast
    Identify and appraise business risks and opportunities
    Develop current reporting suite and analytics
    Assist with key projects and associated reporting appraisal
    Manage and develop team
    Assist FC with management of wider Finance team
    Model acquisitions and support onboarding
    Support and challenge the businesses working capital profile
    Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
    Ad hoc duties within the finance team

The successful Senior Management Accountant will require the following attributes:
    Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience
    Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
    Experience of working in an owner managed business
    Deep understanding of business principles and practices
