Corporate Senior Legal Adviser

The team:
  • An opportunity for a corporate senior legal adviser to join a team of London based specialists has arisen
  • The successful candidate will look forward to joining a London based team which is part of a wider, international team providing legal advice on key corporate issues
The role:
  • As a in-house corporate senior legal adviser within the London team you can expect to take on a broad range of work in a supportive team including;
  • Investments
  • Governance and structural matters
  • Acquisitions, disposals and cross border legal risks and regulations
  • High levels of client contact and client liaison responsibilities
  • Experience advising professional services firms would be advantageous for this role
About you:
  • Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who have a specialism in corporate work
  • You will ideally be able to demonstrate;
  • Experience working on complex corporate matters
  • An ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice to a range of clients
  • An ability to understand legal regulatory and business risks
  • Candidates who wish to be considered for the senior legal adviser role should have strong communication skills as well as excellent time/case management skills
Salary and Benefits:
This in-house corporate senior legal adviser will be rewarded with:
  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000
