As a compliance analyst, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives that help us meet our current compliance requirements and advance our compliance goals.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Information Security and will have the possibility to work fully remote or from Kaunas/ Vilnius office.
About The Job
- Observe the Cyber Security and Compliance Landscape as well as Customer, Industry & Regulatory Requirements
- Maintain the Littelfuse Compliance Framework and respective documentation
- Execute the long-term compliance strategy and roadmap
- Analyze and update existing policies and related documentation.
- Implement a Framework that maps all requirements into one set of standards.
- Develop and execute new compliance policies, standards and procedures as required.
- Collaborate Closely with the Security Engineering Team
- Train employees in industry compliance requirements
- Use certifications to reduce audit efforts and represent trustability.
- Keep up with new requirements and amendments to existing regulations
- Participate in completing customer risk assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, data processing or etc.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the IT Governance or Compliance field
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Exceptional Ability to formulate compliance policies, standards and procedures, and related documentation
- Detail-oriented personality with ability to work in cross-country project teams
