The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for a Senior Internal Communications Officer to join the Communications and Marketing Team. Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be the first point of contact for internal communications; managing the internal communications schedule, providing advice to colleagues across the charity and managing a range of internal communications channels. You will refresh and implement the Trust’s internal communications strategy, delivering a proactive plan to ensure all staff, regardless of role, feel connected to the organisation and that they have a voice on key issues. By developing engaging content, you will showcase and celebrate achievements in line with our strategy and values.Deadline: 26-07-2024
