Associate Director of Operations

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Associate Director of Operations to join our senior operational leadership team.

We are looking for an operational manager with significant experience of working with clinical / corporate teams, managing performance targets and implementing change management. You will have sound financial management skills and evidence of innovation and transforming services. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready for a challenge and committed to improving patient care and patient outcomes.

As the Associate Director of Operations you will have a strong positive leadership style that will support the trust with implementing its ambitious Sustainability Strategy and in promoting a positive net zero culture across all areas.

This role is an exciting development opportunity for an aspiring operational manager who is keen to develop their career into a senior operational role.
