The Trust Digital Strategy sets out an aim for the Trust to become ‘Information Led’ by driving behaviours that enable decisions based on relevant information using quality timely data. This post will play a lead role in helping the organisation meet this aim.We are recruiting for Two Data Management Senior Analyststo take a proactive role in the implementation and the ongoing development and maintenance of a modern data warehouse solution.This role will establish the production of data flows that supports the production of business intelligence contributing to all levels of the Trust in the achievement of business objectives and high quality patient care.Ensure that all reporting timetables within the Trust and for external information users are met.The post holder will be required to work in a team responsible for the development, maintenance and performance of the Data Warehouse. Examples of tasks include the development and maintenance of ETL processes, data cleansing routines, indexing and reporting datasets. Develop and maintain high quality, clear and user-friendly data models that supports the production of good business intelligence.We serve a population of approximately 150,000 residents, making the services we offer variable and personalised with a flexible approach to our service users.
