Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturer in Doncaster to identify a Senior HR Business Partner for their factory and technology teams.

The role of Senior HR Business Partner will support the Plant Management teams based at their factory & technology site of c250 people. Partnering with the business whilst understanding the functions business needs and environment, the role will proactively contribute ideas, solutions and services to maximise effective management and development of teams and will be responsible for the following:

- Providing functional leaders with a wide range of strategic HR expertise and support on areas such as workforce planning, succession planning, engagement, retention, reward initiatives and employee relations

- Coaching leaders on all aspects of leading, motivating and developing their teams

- Representing the site on regional HR issues re strategy and legislation

- Ensuring global initiatives are implemented and achieved through effective performance

- Driving change in support of local strategies and take a leadership role in creating and implementing appropriate people initiatives

- Working closely with Union representatives to ensure effective partnerships are created to ensure business sustainability

- Supporting on the implementation of HR systems and procedures in line with group requirement

- Taking a lead role in internal communications, ensuing information and detail is value-add and understood

To be successful in this role we’re looking for the following skills:

- Significant experience gained at HRM/HRBP level, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment

- Strong generalist HR experience in learning & development, performance management, employee relations and internal communications

- Experience of working effectively within Unionised environments

- Capable of influencing and partnering with key business stakeholders and managers both onsite and at group level

A strong team player with the ability to connect and engage at all levels of the business

- Experience of operating in complex, matrix organisations

- Ideally CIPD level 7 or working toward
