Novus Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor for a well-established FMCG business. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual who has experience working in a fast paced environment who is looking for their next step in their career.

You will be responsible for all the daily transactional activities e.g. on-boarding, attendance management reporting, grievance and disciplinaries, probation reviews, recruitment and consistently updating HR systems with any changes.

Supporting line managers on a wide range of people management issues and being flexible to prioritise your workload autonomously – FMCG manufacturing environments change and move all the time and it requires quick acting HR teams to respond to those changes.

This is definitely a hands-on, get involved HR role. You need to be a quick thinker, confident communicator and organised. Someone who is investigative in nature and able to identify issues – ideally before they arise!

For this HR Advisor role, you’ll ideally need:

• A background in HR in a fast-paced manufacturing, logistics or retail environment.
• Good generalist HR background.
• A confident approach, able to challenge when required as well as having a personable, approachable style.
• Strong communication both verbal and written.
• Full or part CIPD qualified.
