Senior House Officer - Essential Requirements
  • Must be fully registered with the General Medical Council as a doctor.
  • Must have a current, satisfactory in date annual appraisal in line with the requirements of the General Medical Council’s (GMC’s) Good Medical Practice (GMP).
  • Must hold current, valid personal medical indemnity insurance.
Senior House Officer - About The Role

  • Deliver a professional & personal service at all times
  • You will join a multi-disciplinary team and give junior doctor support to the musculoskeletal rehabilitation service for the military and MoD entitled personnel.
  • This position offers the possibility of a junior doctor training programme over a four-month period, accredited by the RCGP for training. There is an additional in-service training programme for all doctors at the unit.
  • An interest or experience in Rehabilitation medicine, Sports and Exercise Medicine or Rheumatology would be beneficial.
