It is preferred that this position will sit in New Jersey/Pennsylvania, United Kingdom, Singapore, or Sao Paolo, Brazil. DFIT operates best in class financial data management, technology, and processes in support of our J&J healthcare portfolio, improving the Finance experience and driving the business to a healthy future. DFIT is an Enterprise model with regional operations and offers talent the opportunity to enhance their enterprise leadership, global collaboration, and digital capabilities - at this exciting time in J&J Finance when we’re shifting to our “New Way of Working”. DFIT acts as the integrator to deliver a connected Finance ecosystem, using data and technology assets to fuel advanced financial planning, reporting, and analytics with inputs from Corporate, Business Unit Finance, and Global Services.This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of the organization’s operating model, Service/Business Process Management framework, and tech-enabled planning processes as it relates to Supply Chain across the Enterprise. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with the Operational Forecasting Leaders as well as other Finance leaders and associates across DFIT and the enterprise throughout the deployment journey of J&J Finance’s “New Way of Working”.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and governance of technology enabled processes in support of driver-based forecasts for baseline and scenario planning purposes, ensuring executional excellence for in scope processes
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities for existing process and global governance design to deliver strategic innovative opportunities
  • Integrator to enable a connected Finance ecosystem, using data and technology assets to fuel advanced planning and analytics. Partner with multiple collaborators to drive adherence to the run state vision across multiple implementations
  • Partner with multiple teams to drive adherence to the run state vision across multiple implementations
  • Enable new capabilities across the functional domains inclusive of data analytics and digital technology
  • Lead through ambiguity and change management while implementing new capabilities within the finance organisation
Job QualificationsRequiredQualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
Preferred:
  • Preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance or related business
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s) is preferred
Experience and SkillsRequired
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive finance and/or accounting business experience is required
  • Experience in partnering with leaders and influencing at all levels of the organization is required
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully work in a global, matrixed team environment
  • Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity and drive aligned outcomes is required.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other data analytics and visualization software is preferred
  • Prior experience supporting Supply Chain leadership is preferred

  • This role will be based in New Jersey/Pennsylvania, United Kingdom, Singapore, or Sao Paolo, Brazil!
  • Ability to work or overlap with EST time zone required
  • Talent across the NJ/PA area will be considered with travel to Hopewell/New Brunswick required based on business needs.
  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
The base pay range for this position is $73,000- $117,300.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
