Due to a sustained period of growth and with some big investment you will have our client is looking for a senior engineering manager who will sit as part of our Site Leadership team where you will be accountable for our entire Engineering department, encompassing Projects, Site services, the Reliability team and of course our shift engineers.Responsibilities Include
The delivery of the Burtons engineering strategy within their site, these include coaching and developing a team that will deliver the engineering KPI’s and support the delivery of the overall site KPI’s and longer-term objectives.
This is not a hands-on engineering position but previous experience within the engineering function is a must.
Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Experiencing in leading high performing engineering teams, with a track record in driving change and improvement strategies
- Degree Qualified
- Lead team of 35 people +
- CI Experience and lean
- Experience in modernization
- CAPEX and projects
