What To Expect

As a Senior Digital Product Consultant, you will own digital product(s) with cradle to grave responsibility for solutions providing a direct route to value and a sustainable transformational legacy.

You will be a technologist, creator, and leader who will inspire people to marry a long-term vision and strategy with a short-term execution. This role balances technological integrity, stakeholder needs and a huge amount of commercial acumen.

You will need to work with clarity of thought to lead a team that will bring innovation to the toughest problems in the organisation.

You’ll also be responsible for the following:

  • Working with business stakeholders across JLR to frame challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Balancing the want and need of the customer with deciding and influencing on the optimum digital solution.
  • Interfacing with the operational business to achieve business objectives by delivering plans and initiatives through AI, analytics, robotic automation and data solutions.
  • Building digital product strategies and roadmaps and creating business cases.
  • Engaging with Business Relationship Management to understand where step changes in technology can be introduced and bring innovative solutions in to play.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in digital product leadership ideally gained within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience ofworking in agile tech projects.
  • Possess strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Have the ability to make feasibility judgements on solution ideas.
  • Possess strong analytical skills supported by advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work at pace with a continuous improvement ‘mind set’.
