Senior Digital Manager

We’re keeping an eye out for a Senior Digital Manager to join our marketing team - To drive digital strategy for a number of major alcohol brands, including Scotland’s favourite beer, Tennent’s Lager; a cider portfolio including Magners and Orchard Pig; and a premium portfolio including Menabrea, Heverlee and Titos.


This marketeer will contribute to the development and implementation of brand campaigns for the C&C portfolio. Work with insights, data, key partners and monitored brand health metrics to inform digital strategy, planning and activation.


So what’s involved?

As Senior Communications Manager, you’ll Develop, manage, and deliver digital strategy, working closely with relevant brand, customer marketing, communications teams, Badaboom Ltd account handlers and other key C&C Group stakeholders to identify and maximise digital opportunities.


Other Key Accountabilities include:

  • Support brand marketing teams on development of brand positioning & Tone of Voice across portfolio including NPD.
  • Develop and manage paid social and PPC strategies and activity on brands across the portfolio.
  • Participate in the broader marketing team as an active member to drive the TCB Marketing Team culture.
  • Sharing insights and trends data across the digital and comms team and supporting in the training of junior team members
  • Results driven – continuously reviewing all activity in line with set KPIs, evaluating successes and key learnings to be carried forward. Working with team to ensure consistent monitoring and reporting
  • Manage resource, identifying where necessary, to bring in external support to assist on brand / business campaigns. As well as more – everyday is different!

What you’ll need:

We’re looking for a marketing professional with digital marketing experience with a background in consumer communications within an FMCG business would be advantageous.

Other key criteria we’re on the lookout for includes:

  • Experience of running and optimising paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience of creating digital content and campaigns for leading brands.
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to ideate independently and against an identified brief.
  • Understanding of digital trends, and skills to identify opportunities for meaningful and relevant brand opportunities.
  • A proven track record of creating impactful digital activity, with multiple channel touchpoints in mind.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to translate thinking into concise ideas.
