• Identifying and triaging data fix asks and assigning to appropriate resources
  
  

• Developing and supporting data fixes for Sky’s CRM databases
  
  

• Flexibility to broaden knowledge in neighbouring departments to enable support in functioning roles such as ISR and Prod Admin
  
  

• Providing data analysis and expert advice to our internal and external customers
  
  

• Supporting fellow developers with incident management and resolution, including triage of issues and subsequent fixes
  
  

• Data reporting to our internal and external customers to meet requirements
  
  

• On-call support maybe required
  
  

• Delivering continuous improvement, always looking at more efficient and effective methods and solutions
  
  

• Expert knowledge and experience of Business Reporting using a variety of sources
  
  

• Expert knowledge and experience of Oracle databases and PL / SQL
  
  

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  
  

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly changing fast paced environment
