The OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join our Marketing and BD Team as a Senior CRM Executive. the role will be based in our Bath office however hybrid working will be available.As the Senior CRM Executive, you will play an integral part in the client’s journey and continued relationship with the firm. This is a varied role, working with a number of different stakeholders across the firm. This role will include designing, updating and delivery of our Client support function and maximising the use of our CRM, ensuring they maximise engagement, customer service and profitability. The role will include reporting on client engagement to ensure we are meeting our objectives.Reasons to apply

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral duties include but not limited to:
  • Introduce and implement key projects across the firm, along with the new CRM system.
  • Work with the lawyers to help them use the CRM and other methods to improve client care and client communications throughout the firm.
  • To provide inhouse training and processes to help improve the client experience.
  • To work with the BD team to help use the current client knowledge to help produce improved tailored proposals.
  • To manage some on-going, strategic client programmes
  • To work with the compliance team to monitor existing client care and to find solutions to help improve the process.
  • To support and lead on the development and growth of this area of work
  • Salesforce experience would be preferable but not essential.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will ideally have experience in professional services.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with good project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write concise, interesting and accurate copy for a professional audience.
  • Practical working knowledge of content management systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing relationships with a range of internal and external contributors.
  • The ability to work under pressure and able to the meet deadlines
