This role will be to work alongside our Digital Marketing team. This is a really exciting time to join the digital team and be involved with our website refresh project and creating new digital content across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

General duties include but not limited to
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team with the day to day activity across all channels.
  • Update and maintain the Firm’s website accordingly.
  • Schedule social media content across all channels.
  • Coordinate and attend photoshoots as required.
  • Manage external and internal users on Stone King website & Online training platform.
  • Assist with marketing data, including social media data, DB reports, soft and technical data in salesforce, maintain ongoing quality and integrity of such data within various contact management and CRM systems.
  • Develop and manage internal information resources and networks via intranet sites
  • Support the maintenance of new information systems and CRM
  • Respond to enquirers’ requests using electronic and printed resources
  • Classify, collate and store information, for easy access and retrieval
  • To analyse the information from all areas of Stone King to provide an efficient service
  • To provide regular reports back to fee-earners
  • Organising internal retainer meetings, to assist with the management of retainer

Requirements
  • Clear understanding of CMS & CRM functionality and supporting digital platforms
  • Highly organised with good project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write concise, interesting and accurate copy for a professional audience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms and channels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing relationships with a range of internal and external contributors.
  • Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
  • The ability to work under pressure and able to the meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail
