Who We Are

We’re How Now - a creative agency and production company, in one. We’re a tight-knit team of Creatives, Directors, Designers, and Producers in Shoreditch, who bring our clients closer to the creative.

What We Do

We take on individual assets through to 360 campaigns including TV, VOD, social, OOH, corporate B2B, edu-tainment, design, rebrands - and we handle it all in-house.

What We Need

A world-beating Senior Creative to provide first-class, fresh, award-winning ideas across a wide variety of exciting campaigns. This is a permanent role, on-site at our Shoreditch studio.

The Senior Creative will lead the in-house production team, working closely with the Executive Creative Director to conceptualise, write, develop, edit, and execute ideas from briefing through to delivery.

We need a Senior who has the skill to interpret client briefs with an understanding of marketing strategies in order to deliver the strongest ideas, and to challenge where necessary to achieve the best possible results.

The Senior Creative needs to have innate creative sensibilities, Sherlock-like research skills, be deft at leading brainstorming and writing sessions, and be confident in briefing other team members in order to champion projects through edit, post, graphics, VO, sound mix, grade and light VFX.

Who You Are

You’re a Senior Creative, an ideas powerhouse with a proven track record.

You have exceptional attention to detail, as well as next-level, awards-baiting copywriting skills, with a grounding in both conceptual and editorial styles.

You totally get social and digital platforms.

You have fresh editing skills (Premier Pro); knowledge of AE, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a bonus. You are completely at home on a Mac-based workflow.
