Winsley Base with the option of some hybrid working

37.5 hrs per week (PT Hours considered, 22.5hrs min)

£40,057-£45,839 per annum, pro rata

This is an exciting new role for Dorothy House to help us achieve our mission that “everyone should have access to outstanding palliative and end of life care” whether at home, in the community or at our Inpatient Unit in Winsley. You will be a founding member of an internal agency of 5, backed by a virtual agency adding content creation capacity. Your creative approach will ensure that every piece of collateral and campaign component produced by Dorothy House resonates with our target audiences and has the potential to change the way our communities think about our services.

Reporting directly into the Head of Agency, the Senior Creative will lead the delivery of creative solutions and will:

Produce, design and create content, leading external suppliers in the process when required

Understand the role of creative marketing and manage the creative process to deliver the greatest impact online

Work collaboratively with the Agency Project Manager to deliver multiple projects on time and in budget

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a successful background in developing and delivering creative marketing campaigns; has a Creative mind-set, capable of challenging expectations and delivering inspiring and impactful solutions; and can work in a collaborative team whilst self-managing a complex work load.
