We are now looking to recruit a Senior Collaborative Provision Officerto join our busy and innovative Quality Assurance and Enhancement Team.

Key to the delivery of our ambitious growth strategy, this exciting role provides the opportunity to work in collaboration with colleagues across the University and our Partners organisations, both within the UK and internationally. The postholder will be instrumental in providing advice and analysis that both secures the standards of our awards and assures and enhances quality of our students’ experience, wherever they are.

The successful candidate will help us develop the way we work though the design of policies and processes that support effective management and oversight of our partnerships and, at an operational level will lead discussions on academic due diligence, partner/course approval, and the management of risks to the student experience/standard of awards within our partnerships.

The ideal candidate have outstanding organisational and communication skills, and although experience working within higher education would be highly advantageous, if you’ve got experience creating or building successful B2B relationships, we can support you to adapt your skills to our environment. We are looking for people who have the energy and agility needed to ensure we traverse an ever-changing HE landscape, as we execute our ambitious plans.

We are looking to hear from candidates who also have the following skills/experience:
  • Excellent Research and analytical skills
  • Experience of business planning and risk management
  • High levels of proficiency in software packages, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently and with a minimum of supervision, as well as working collaboratively as part of the team
  • High levels of discretion, diplomacy and tact, and the ability to handle and progress sensitive workstreams

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 35 hours a week contract.
