Main duties of the job

The service operates across the whole of North Wales from Wrexham to Anglesey, covering a diverse area with outstanding coastal and rural scenery. We currently have 3.0 WTE posts available. The role will also involve managing and co-ordinating the delivery of a routine wax removal service within thecluster, including line management of a Band 5 Audiologist. The successful candidate will be supported in thedevelopment of their line management skills. As this is an ‘Advanced Practice’ post, we are looking for anexperienced Audiologist who has already started working towards his/her career advancement in a senior roleand is eligible to register with the HCPC, if not already registered. The ideal candidate will have a good breadth of experience working in a secondary care Audiology Service, be confident working autonomously and ready for a new career challenge.
