We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Head of Clinical Audit and Quality Informatics to deliver the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board Clinical Audit & Quality Informatics programme of work and line manage a team of clinical audit staff.The post holder will provide support and advice to clinical staff, managers and students to achieve continuous improvement in clinical practice and to monitor the impact of change on clinical services and outcomes of clinical care.The post holder will provide support to the Directorates and Localities for the successful implementation and embedding of the forward plan for clinical audit and continuous improvement; provide analysis and interpretation of complex data.The post holder will co-ordinate, facilitate and provide specialist advice for clinicians and managers for a group of directorates; establishing systems to support data collection; contribute to the development of clinical audit policies and protocols; and provision of effective and appropriate training in clinical audit for all clinical staff.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is part of the NHS Wales family.
