Senior Clerical Assistant (Temporary) (2 Posts)

(35 Hours)

NLC5 £22,808 – £24,234

Working within our Justice Team in Wishaw, your role will be to support the MAPPA review process and the Moving Forward Making Changes team ensuring there are efficient and effective administrative support arrangements in place. With an efficient and professional approach, you will undertake a varied and diverse range of administration tasks and extensive use of various IT systems and software packages including Microsoft Office. You will also work closely providing cover across HQ Justice Services as required including HMP Shotts.

We are looking for someone with the skills, confidence and experience to work independently, use their initiative or work well as part of a larger team and can maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of their work.

To join us, you should have prior experience working in a busy office environment. You should be an excellent communicator and possess good organisation skills with an approachable and helpful manner. A HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent and knowledge of council and service policies and procedures are desirable.

This post involves access to ViSOR and MAPPA IT information systems successful candidates will be subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) at Level 2.

This post are temporary for three months and may be subject to review.
