An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Charge Nurse to work in an exceptional care home in based in the Paisley, Scotland area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

The care home provides palliative care, convalescence, Dementia nursing and Parkinson’s care to very high standards to their patients
  • To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin**
As The Senior Charge Nurse Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Be responsible for leading a team of Nursing and Care staff to ensure excellent standards of care
  • Plan rotas/recruit/train and mentor staff
  • Build strong relationships with local regulator/providers and Social Services
  • Comply to NMC guidelines with administration of medicine
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
  • You must have previous experience in a nursing management role
  • You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
  • You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
  • Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Senior Charge Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £40,404 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 42 hours a week working through Night Shifts only.
