Your Job

As our Senior Category Manager, you will own P&L and drive the brand and category leadership by developing the growth strategy (NSV and/or GP) for EMEA region in the Hand Towels category. You will Act as “general manager” of the category.

You will be responsible for data analytics to drive strategic and tactical actions and build the product portfolio, including price/pack architecture, to efficiently deliver Cluster Market share growth and financial returns (NSV and GP). You will also lead brand renovation cadence through the stage-gate process and support global innovation.

You will have additional potential responsibility to lead EMEA Sustainability strategy and plan to contribute to category growth and overall sustainability goals associated with the product categories and platforms being supported.

About You

You are an excellent collaborator and influencer so you can effectively manage multiple stakeholder relationships including Sales, Manufacturing and Senior Management.

You are a senior Strategic Marketeer with an extensive portfolio management track record and with strong analytical and data storytelling skills.

If you have a b2b experience this would an advantage.
