We are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant Days at Hambleton Grange in Thirsk, York. Be part of our story and become part of our caring team.
The Ideal Way...
We are looking for experienced caring individuals who provide the best quality care for our residents and that means recruiting the best staff from the local area. You would need to have a current NVQ2 (QCF) in Health and Social Care with a willingness to develop new skills through internal training and further relevant qualifications.
This role is a team role, but with clear responsibility for specified residents along with overseeing and supervising the caring team. Clear communication with other team members is essential and a warm and friendly disposition.
As part of the role you will participate in the formulation of individual care plans for each resident to ensure that this information is person centred and updated on a regular basis. The role also includes the safe administration of medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining records and ensuring residents health and wellbeing.
Any role within a care home is hard work, especially being a part of the senior management team.
