Real Estate (Housing) Senior Associate (7+ PQE) - Leading international firm -Manchester

Top international law firm is seeking a Real Estate (Housing) Senior Associate to join its Real Estate team in Manchester. This Real Estate Solicitor opportunity is offered on a full or part-time (4 days a week), permanent basis with agile working encouraged. Excellent salary commensurate with experience and a focus on a healthy work/life balance.

The Role

As a Real Estate Senior Associate in this team, you would:
  • Have the opportunity to join an innovative and forward thinking firm and highly regarded real estate team.
  • Focus on housing work and specifically development, asset management and home ownership work.
  • Work in a strategic, client-facing position whereby you will support the team whilst undertaking complex varied fee earning work for the affordable housing sector.
  • Manage client relationships.
About You

To be successful in your application for this Real Estate (Housing) Senior Associate vacancy, you will have:
  • A minimum of seven years’ PQE with development and ideally housing real estate experience.
  • Quality experience from a well known regional or national/international firm or otherwise direct from a housing provider.
  • A good teamwork ethic.
  • Good people and client facing skills.
  • Ideally some supervisory experience.
