We are looking for a Senior Analyst with legal knowledge to join our growing Research Content team. You would be responsible for our daily case filing briefings, processing and prioritising updates, and delivering high-quality, relevant case summaries across several practice areas, with a particular focus on intellectual property; and for curating content within our legal analysis tools. Leading a team of analysts both in London and offshore, and working closely with our US team of attorney editors, you would help our clients stay on top of on key cases and enforcement actions and have the information they need when they need it.

What you would be doing:

  • Monitoring daily court filings to pick out the cases of interest to our audience
  • Creating daily, weekly and monthly case alerts, writing case summaries and headlines to tight deadlines
  • Assessing enforcement actions around the world to select those of relevance to our audience, extracting key details and writing short summaries to a high standard
  • Ensuring that all content meets our high quality and editorial standards
  • Working with our team of US attorney editors to best utilise their in-depth knowledge of the US litigation system, and develop as much as possible in London
  • Supporting continuous process improvement and product development
  • Managing a blended onshore/offshore team of analysts to carry out the processing of court filings and enforcement actions

What we are looking for:

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Legal practice experience preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
  • Proven ability to lead a challenging project to completion
  • Experience in intellectual property litigation is highly beneficial
  • Experience of working with offshore teams is highly beneficial
  • Experience of managing a team is highly beneficial
