We have a rare opportunity to recruit a Senior Administrator to play a vital role in maintaining and innovating best practice.


Working within the People, Engagement and Quality team, this role is about overseeing and quality-assuring our HR admin processes; getting stuck in and supporting a small but highly motivated team to manage our recruitment and onboarding processes as we continue to grow and source staff of the highest calibre.


Reporting directly to the Recruitment and Development Manager, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the flow of new starters into the organisation. Working to a high standard of efficiency and attention to detail and with a team of administrators at your disposal, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our recruitment and onboarding processes are turned around quickly so as to offer new staff the best possible experience, whilst supporting CCP services to quickly and effectively turn around vacancies. Your outstanding communication skills and customer focus will support our values in placing people at the centre of everything we do by offering the best possible experience for those who choose us as their employer or placement or volunteering provider.


The role is primarily based at our head office in Cheltenham and we support flexible working from home.
