IN2 Consult-Senior Accounts Payable

  • Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable, end to end AP role. IN2 Consult are currently supporting a market leading construction business based in Maidenhead. This position is reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager and will completing a wide range of end to end accounts payable duties. This position is available after a 1 stage interview process. Key duties involved in this Senior Accounts Payable role are: Registering of invoices
    • Clear communication with all departments to ensure documents are authorised on a timely basis and queries resolved Coding of invoicesPreparation of monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of all queries Build strong, effective relationships with suppliers Regular payment runs Request applicable material/labour split invoices in line with requirements of the Construction Industry Scheme (“CIS”) Posting and coding of Customer Services subcontract invoices Preparation of regular payment runs Processing employee expense claims Key experience required for this Senior Accounts Payable position: Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experienceExperience processing high volumesCIS or sub contractor experience-DESIRABLE IN2 Consult
