IN2 Consult - Accounts Payable Assistant - Thames, Oxfordshire - Sub-contractor, Accounts Payable, Cash and Payment runs.

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a well-known, reputable orrganisation in the Thame area that currently is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant due to a period of growth.

MUST HAVE Experience Required For The AP Assistant Position
  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Sub-contractor or agency experience processing payments/ invoices
  • Immediate availability
  • Access Dimensions (desirble)
The duties for this AP Assistant position are as follows:
  • Making sure bank accounts are reconciled on Dimensions daily
  • Updating cashflow
  • Reviewing and confirm forward cashflow foreacsts for payables
  • Preparing agency and sub contractor invoices/ credit notes
  • Preparing and posting sub contractor accruals journals
