SEND Learning Support Assistant - Enfield, North London - September 2021 Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in working with SEN pupils? Maybe you are focused on a career working with young people but first require the vital experience that is required? Perhaps you are looking to work in a school that will help you flourish and develop your expertise whilst getting paid for it? SEND Learning Support Assistant £70 - £75 per day Enfield, North London Monday - Friday (full time) Long Term Contract The Role: You will be working closely on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require extra help with their academic and social development. The SENCo is highly supportive and will be on hand to provide you with excellent provisions and support throughout your journey at the school. Working with the class-teacher to implement individual learning plans will be important to ensure that each pupil makes progress!

Your experience will develop as will your expertise which will vastly improve further education or training applications. You will be working full-time for the rest of the academic year whilst being paid for it! The School: The SENCo of this particular school is highly supportive and has a strong track record working with i-teachers graduates with some currently working there so you will not be alone! The school has a lovely and friendly atmosphere with experienced teachers working in this creative and progressive school.

The grounds are leafy with plenty of open outdoor areas for their students to thrive and develop. The school has a high percentage of SEN children who are being well supported by fantastic people who are more than happy to pass their expertise and guidance onto you!
