  • Support pupils throughout the school day
  • Support pupils across the specialist provision
  • Incorporate the use of senses into learning
  • Help pupils to support their speech, language and communication
  • De-escalate challenging situations
  • Consider the choices, needs and wishes of each pupils and encourage them to make the right choices for learning

  • You will have prior experience working within care or education
  • You will have a genuine desire to help students to succeed
  • You will have a personable and strong approach
  • You will have availability to commit to work on a full or part time basis
